Oregon Use Only
Cannabis products cannot be taken out of the state or brought into the state. Even though Cannabis is also legal in some surrounding states, it’s illegal to cross state lines with Cannabis purchased in Oregon.
How Much Can You Possess/Purchase?
1 Edible (15mg)
You can purchase one low-dose Cannabis edible per day with no more than 15mg of THC.
You can purchase any amount of non-psychoactive medical Cannabis topicals. Topicals can have no more than 6% THC.
You may purchase one pre-filled receptacle of an extract that does not contain more than 1,000 mg of THC.
Also you may have 16 ounces of homemade Cannabis products in solid form and/or 72 fluid ounces in liquid form in your household. this includes homemade infused food items.
